Time Management Coaching
We have the hard (but necessary) conversations with clients to ensure their time spent aligns as well as possible with short-term and long-term priorities. As a former certified personal trainer with a degree in kinesiology and thousands of hours of experience with individual and group exercise programming, Corey can help you design, improve and maintain your desired state of physical well-being. One of our mottos is “Schedule your priorities so you can prioritize your schedule” – by seeing where you spend your time, food/diet, attention and money as it is currently spent, we can gauge and focus on the largest gaps between what your current priorities are and what you say you want them to be.

After tracking your schedule for a week, we’ll start to implement time blocking, utilizing Circadian Productivity and Creative/Focus Time to ensure your attention is focused and spent at the right time of the day/week.
